CANCELATION POLICY
Please kindly find our Cancellation Policy as follows**:
- Guest may cancel free of charge until 10 days before arrival. Full refund of prepayment will be returned to guest. The refund charges will be paid by the guest.
- Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to arrival date, will be subject to penalty equal to the cost of prepayment.
- In case of non-arrival, we reserve the right to charge the penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay confirmed.
- Guest departing before their booked check-out date will be charged for the remaining nights of the original reservation confirmation.
- For requests to change bookings (date change, number of people, room categories) prices and conditions applicable at the time of the request for change will apply.
**Please kindly note that the above cancellation policy is valid only for direct reservations.
